Should have 60+ range the higher the better
Should have 43+ prayer

2k rune arrows 1.5k the least,
Fury or glory(4),
2 range pots,
26 super restores.

Archer if not archer rune full helm
Vambs
2k rune arrows 1.7k the least 1.5 if range 70+
Fury or Glory (4)
2 range pots
26 super restores.

Items needed for pures.
Champs
Vambs
Ancients would helm A LOT
Fury <--- prefered or glory (4)
2k Rune arrows <----- least
Runes if you have ancients for best spell you can use
2 range pots
Rest super restores amount depends on runes you bring if you do bring them.
