Hey peeps ive bought an account off of bloodogre and its a level 116, and it truely has the stats to do the firecape.
stats: 85 range
         70 prayer
         95 range
         99 str
          96 attack
          86 def

I will be paying them 2-3 million rsgp if a success, it has done roving elves so it can wield c bow,

you dont need anything that great , you can do it with black d hide rune boots a skill cape/ legends cape 2 range pots 8 sara brews 18 super restores and 2 c bows full ( that is for decently ok accounts) wich your account looks pretty amazing

^^ thats not over like 1m (the c bows arnt tradeable )
