OK it does look like he scammed.  Anyone can go on Runescape and try and recover the account kmuk123.  Pureblood and Mega Newb knew the recoveries to the account, but only kmuk knew the original info.  I don't know for sure but can't you not get rid of recovs without original info?

how do i know?

1. HE WAS JUST ON KMUK123 (on runescape)

i was going to buy 23m from him (most likly the gp he scammed) for $4 ea

he shows up on kmuk and im like ok he was gonna go 1st but he wanted convo pm so i goto to ttg..right there on the top kmuk scammed......

no you dont need to, i just explained to you on msn that if the account gets locked you dont need original info to get it unlocked, all you need is either recoverys OR original info and make up crap for the rest, if one is right and you put something in at the bottom like "moved to <city> therefor changed ISPs and i think that is why you locked my account blah blah blah" . AND when it is unlocked recoveries are taken off
