Selling LvL 92 and 99

Selling a lvl 92 account (superblob5) and a lvl 99 account (jjhmaster). The lvl 92 is my old main and the lvl 99 my friend gave me when he quite rs. Ive noticed people saying 'mm'  or something like that and sorry i have no idea what that is this is my first day on this site. Also does anyone know iits possible to turn the recovery questions off?
