Ok, go into the "recover a lost password" section on the rs frontpage. Then type the account name in and select "Someone else knows my recovery answers." Then proceed, Fill out the query as fully as you can, then hit accept. Once you do this type in the activation code, and just wait. It could take up to a few hours to remove them, but its the only way to do it.
