For those of you who don't know me ask around I have done well over 100 transactions and over $5,000 in trades. I am HIGHLY trusted and I have a 100% clean background never scammed never will policy. I am here once again to make some cash to spend and have fun with I have been living off my last cash for around 6 months now and the bank account is getting low so I figured it time to come back.

My rules:
1. When you deal with me you deal my way and NO other way don't bother asking.
2. I will only do paypal on a case by case bases.
3. To pay with paypal there will be a $15.00 cover charge because of security reasons.
4. Your paypal MUST be verified with atleast 30 verified rating.
5. I will only do paypal for ammounts under $200
6. Most payment methods will be Casiers check by mail. It is NOT hard to get one.
7. The reason for the cover charge is it costs be $15 to send a certified letter to the verified address on your paypal account so that I recieve a tracking number to prevent ALL chargebacks all I have to do is put it in on paypal so they have proof it was a physical item that was shipped.
8. I will NOT! be held accountable for trading with people's main accounts. PLEASE MAKE A LEVEL 3!!! It is harder to trace money that stays mobile and moved around constantly.

From time to time depending on how much cash I need I will run special offers just check the forums to see when they are running. This will include stuff like Buy 10 mill get 5 free. Or 20% off when you buy 20m + these are just to keep the customers happy like always. Anyone who has done business with me before through the mail. (Dealer of Death , Ihatescammers, etc) Will receive special deals for smooth transactions.

I steal them from loyal members that pay $5 a month from runescape with a brilliant scam.......But I have never scammed on TTG and thats a proven fact

I am done for today I worked for like 2 hours and hit a guy with a white party hat and 90m so....yeah

120m cash I will sell at $4 a mill or you can buy 30m get 10m free to apply for that you have to send payment by mail only these offers are not valid with paypal.

So yeah people the Jollyman is back and I have plenty of mills for everyone and you can rest assured you WON'T be scammed I have over 100 trades and never once have I had even a complaint with my service

If you would like to buy by mail please add me on msn so we can talk about address and such on where to ship it to. If you would like to use a middleman I would prefer not to because that leaves more areas where stuff can go wrong and I will NOT use a middleman on the White Party hat the more hands it goes through the more likely it will be banned then both partys lose.

If we must use a middleman then we use the one I PICK I don't care if they aren't elite or aren't known I go with who I trust and could care less if you pick a person that is sworn by god himself not to scam it won't happen I use who I trust and no one else. If you don't like it settle for a second class gold seller who isn't legit.

I cut the price down on the white party hat because who ever buys it can sell it ingame and sell the mills they get from it if they wish and asking $1,000 for a party hat is a bit much but I will ONLY!!! Please no flamers. If you can't pay by casiers check then don't flame and call it a scam because obviously you haven't done your research on me if I say I have something I do have it and anyone who would like pictures I will be happy to post them.

You go to like a bank and tell them you want a casiers check to send to someone its like a money order that away its not real cash and it the USPS lost it in the mail you have a special number on it and you go to the bank tell them to track it and they can see if it's been cashed or stolen or what and if it hasn't been cashed they will refund your money and they will check to see if the person that cashed it is the person you mailed it to to make sure your not trying to cancel payment and rip them off.

All in all its the safest because if the package ended up at my house opened and empty and there was regular cash in it the USPS won't do jack [censored] but if it was a casiers check and I told you it didn't arrive you could go to the bank and get your money back tell them the package was opened and I could mail the envelope back and then they would track it through the USPS and see at which department it was opened at and open and investigation to see who took it.
