So lets use me in this case, BloodSplatter did steal 3m from me, however I never talked to him via MSN, only forums, so technically there is nothing I can do.
A few other members have had issues with him too, although nothing official has been decided.
I propose if there is substantial evidence, and multiple members providing it, there ought be a warning or such IDN I'm not too good at this stuff but for people who probably have scammed, but not official been caught, some sort of warning for fellow members.
