As soon as the mod account logs on with another ip on it. It converts to normal status.

I might be new but that doesn't mean i will be scammed easily. I research very well, and i have a friend that helps me everyoe once in a while. I Recently returned to Rs after not playing for about 7 months. I returned for the summer so wont be back on that much after summer. Why would a mod sell his/hers account? - first they wouldn't abuse any of Jagex rules, and secondaly they wouldn't give up their modship lol.
