I would be good with it because i know on runepures dont mess up the def. Also donot dress like a nub to pk. I also know there spec own and to use them when the enemy is about dead.

yes, I pk in world three almost every day.  I have an addy pure that would be similar to pking with this.  Not only that i had a lvl 90 rune pure with 93 str until i gave it to my friend.  All i basically do is pk with these accounts and i do honestly know how to use them.
