Ok so I got like 4.50usd in this paypal acc that I have but I don't have a credit card or bank on it or whatever and I can't put one on it, and if you don't have a credit card or bank on ur paypal you can't send money (you can recieve it but not send it) but I really need to buy a mill, so can someone please sell me a mill, but instead of me sending u the 4usd (or 4.50) you can just have my paypal and you can put ur credit card and get the money for yourself. We can use an official mm to log onto the paypal and verify that there is no credit card or bank and there is 4.50 usd on it....Please lol, I really need a mill ffs!
