This could be true...m$ running open warez site.

Ok i cannot confirm this but a man i trust very much told me this. In fact the only time what he told me in my entire life that was false...was how to effectively paint a 10speed bike. Everything else concerning IT and other\'s has been true.

He told me...which i guess is probably true...that m$ is running a open warez site. Tracking those who download a pirated copy of xp pro corp. Now this version of xp pro corp is not the same as the one released over a year ago...but it cannot be detected to be any different by the normal user.

It calls ms and report\'s all possible information about that user and they have it logged.

Many more people are geting caught with xp pro corp wether or not it\'s this or that version. A \"sorta friend\" told me his friend got called and they asked him to stop using it or prosecution. Now i cannot confirm that but reading all over the web it seems to be true.

watch out

i posted this because of  thread posted very recently about needing help in xp.

also being that microsft has the right to due this they either are doing it or they should...only for fair use/right\'s.  If none of the latter they will do it soon im sure.

Im not here to fight with you...why are you?

btw are you saying 80gigs is alot??? Considering typical midrange to high end applications cosume 1.4gigs on 3 cd\'s 80gigs to that is not much at all.

Nobody is here to compare there warez collection...im sure over the years most of us here have hit that mark a long long time ago.

But then again this is not a comparison.

Last but not least. Anybody who comes right out and blars out they have 80gigs of warez is like telling a cop to fuc off. Yeh sure he\'s supposed to not do anything...but he can if he wants to go on with the reason you might be cracked up.

Bottom line...it\'s obvious anybody can run a OPEN warez site by now. Hell even companies make money off warez now (morpheus, kazaa, etc...) but what is most important to remember is that any company can run a open warez site wether or not they make it known to the public to make money off it(like morpheus, kazaa, etc..). I think it\'s in the best interest of a company to do so in the dark aswell.

Becarefull \'friend\'...i don\'t know you but times are changing...and fast.
