Runescape has been blocked at my house by the filter...

I've tried proxy servers, they don't work because the java wont work with them, please post tyvm also im new to TTG forums  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':blink:\' />
It just shows up with a red X in the top left corner of the applet with the proxy server. http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' />

at the detail select screen go to the bottom drop down menu and choose unsigned applet using default java. then press the SMALL high detail button. if that doesnt work then im not sure =/

Tired that but it won't load seeing as i have to use a proxy server such as www.atunnel.com or www.spysurfing.com

I tried it, and it didn't work can you give me more of a guide (What applet do I select, etc, but thanks for helping)

Its rlly easy to get passed it, push cntrl alt delete, go to processes, look for the program there, push end process, walah. Or get ghostsurf, a proxy program that works w/ rs.

I think its your java. Try redownloading it. Use another browser. Do you have admin?

its blocked on your firewall prolly. Go into your firewall and manually add runescape and when it asks if you want to trust it you have to say always allow

readwhat i wrote im on mac os x im the owner of the mac but not the broadband router... its been blocked with the filter cos my dads gay... he blocked runescape.. there must be away to get onto it though something like proxy but java doesnt work on proxy

p.s my java is perfect thx.. but my dad has blocked www.runescape.com. and all the worlds and everything have \'www.runescape.com\' world2rs.com =

Try going to runecore.com... there is a world switcher there  or rsunlocked.net

try this it might work for you it worked for me but you are on a mac so.......

but any way instead of typing www.runescape.com into the bar type:

64.37.71.203 if that doesnt work post here i may have other ideas.

try downloading swiftswitch.
