im new to all this so please post how to do this without the risk for both of us

Have the person doing the firecape to give collateral for an MM to hold. This way he won't steal your items. Next, give the amount of cash you're paying the guy to an MM. Then, once the guy finishes, he shows the firecape to the MM, then the MM pays him. I'll do it, like I said, I'll give a a level 97, no recoveries or membership as collateral.
