Are you having troubles running a file?
What type of file? Please give the file extension, eg.. .mpg, .avi

What program are you trying to run the video file with?
Windows Media Player? What version?

What Operating system your running?

Any error messages?

Chances are you just need the proper codecs, but more info would be helpful
