Looking for cb lvl 5 or lower skiller

Hey, I'm looking for an amazing skiller preferrably combat lvl 5 or lower, may be 10 or lower, but, i will pay much much less.

I'm interested in all skillers with lvl 85 + in at least one non-combat skill.
I DO NOT want lvl 99 fletchers, FM, or WC, unless it has 99 in all 3 plus one more
