Ok... first of, stop flaming, secondly vouches mean that one member trustes another member, this site is based on trust and vouches, if vouches don't equal trust then nothing does and all people are equal (Communism) even if they have only just joined and have the mental IQ of a rubber duck, so yeah vouches do mean trust but trust by a specific member of course it doesn't mean the member isn't going to scam, he/she doesn't BUT he might, but a vouch from a member means they would be quite happy to use the person they vouched for as a MM for them ect..

Oh, one more thing... VOUCH! (he transfered my money for me, let me use his account and held my money for over 24 hours as I was having internet problems)
