Ok..I have a question and this may seem retarded or something, but I really need to know lol. What would be considered a starter pure? AKA what stats should it have, and should there be any items on it if I were selling?

In 3rd post i said i forgot to add it.....Btw I think thats more of a pure and not a starter pure, see i was under the impression that like 20 range 20 str and like 5-10 att was a starter pure...am i correct?
