i think i can catch a scammer

well i bought an account from rune core about a month ago and while i owned it, it was hacked and i didnt know until i saw about 3m worth of stuff gone and i didnt screenie his ip he had changed my pass but i recovered back and just yesterday some one changed my pass again and this time i took a pic of his ip addy and can some one plz find out whos ip it is
