I have been at my friends house and he has this thing that when u type in something ull hear a weird voice saying it back like a narrator... how can i get this? or where is it on my desktop?

You may be talking about Narrator.exe in XP

Try START>>All Programs>>Accessories>>Accessibily>>Narrator>>OK the window
Minimize Narrator to task bar
