and im not able to take picture cuz my computer say that a file is missing named ipe.exe

and i would feel realy bad if im quiting and he still got acces on runecore and here

On runecore you have to use the Report a Scammer Form and it will automatically create a thread for you...but please do not do that unless you have screenshots...

we do not accept any evidence that is not in the form of screenshots or video...in fact, we ignore them and dont even read it...

you could have easily edited that text...im not saying you DID, im saying you COULD HAVE...

Not sure if someone said it above..... but,  this needs to be moved to the "trader feedback" section of the site. next time you post something like this please place it in that section. and please post proof with screenshots. (the print screen button above the insert and delete buttons on your keyboard.)
