Error in System Information.

I have searched every where to find a solution to this problem but i can't seem to find it anywhere.

None worked, I tried both of them already. Instead of just chatting with HP on the computer i will call them on the phone. Do you see anything wrong with HJT log?

How long have you had EMBARQ Online Security installed?
It may have messed permissions

OK Guestolo. Thanks so much. I already looked at that article before and i have already tried that. But i realized was i was doing wrong. When i was entering this in the command prompt i put c:/>net localgroup administrators NetworkService /ADD instead of just net localgroup administrators NetworkService /ADD and got that 'c:/ is not a command. After a few trys i took off the c:/> and then it said it was completed successfully. Next i opened up system information and it worked fine.

Anyways problem solved.
