Help me with this new threat plz!

I recently executed a nasty file, sorry, and I think it has a new threat because of the file "version software" and what it happened and I don't find any info online with such characteristics. I'm running Windows XP Pro.

- NOD32 was up to date and didn't detected any threat, now NOD32 is gone, deleted by the threat.
- All my restore points have been deleted.
- If I try to start in safe mod, a blue screen appears and the system restarts quickly.
- After 1 minute that I logged in sccesfully in normal mode, Winlogon eats 100% CPU and the memory usage increses until it¿s gone!
- Now I can't shutdown succesfully the system, I have to manually shut it down (4 sec button) before Winlogon has eaten everything! (15 mins or so)

Please any help!

Let's take a look at a couple other logs
Download [color=\"#008000\"]Deckard's System Scanner (dss.exe)[/color] to your desktop.
Close all applications and windows.
Double-click on dss.exe to run it and follow the prompts.
When the scan is complete, two text files will open; main.txt, which will be maximized and extra.txt, which will be minimized.
