When I sold 20million gp to him he never gave the money.

We met in castle lumbridge 3rd floor world 21, I gave him 20mil and he was going to send 80$ through paypal but he never did.

He logged out msn, probably blocked me!!!

ur trying to get him abnned for no reason u can get banned for this because this is oblivionsly fake i mena on ever thread he posts on you post on saying hes scammer so without proof this should be locked and you should be banned for false info etc....
