and i didnt lock the msn in order to get the money back... i had no intention of unlocking it... he just was begging me to unlock it and i said pay the money you scammed...

wouldnt u guys think that since u run a illegal risky high stakes business here, that there would be some people who'd want to take advantage over it or mess it up, illegal as in, jagex wouldnt let e-bay do it because of jagex's terms and service. And im sure every1 here has atleast had one account where they agreed to those terms and services.

It is in NO WAY illegal to do blackmarket RuneScape trades...

It is against RuneScape / Jagex terms and conditions, nothing else...

I had an actual lawyer take a look at RuneCore, I was forced to delete the movies and downloads that were available in the VIP section to the point where I was only allowed to give links to streaming videos...he assured me that breaking a site's terms and conditions is in NO WAY illegal, whatsoever, at all...

You need to look up your facts before you post next time...
