Any software that will let me limit how much i download each month?

hi i have a problem. i am on a internet connection currently that will let me download and upload as much as i want(unlimited). But now it's going to finish and i think i am going to get THIS ONE. In there it says i can only download 40gb a month. now normally i download about 20-25gb a week. so that is not enough for me but can i manage if i tried really hard.
I like to know is if there is a software out there that will limit my download to 40gb a month and will be able to tell me how much i downloaded every day or week, can someone please tell me.

i am using netlimiter but it doesn't let me limit how much i download every week or month. i don't mine if it's a freewire or not. now can you think you can help me please?

You wouldn't want an internet connection that would limit you... That would really suck.
