spyware wont go away and "run a DLL as an app"

i got spyware the other day and it wont delete. i have symantec antivurus from my school and up until now i thought it was impossible for me to get spyware or viruses because it was so well protected.
i knew it would happen eventually i guess.
anyways.
the spyware is extremely obnoxious..
and now im getting a ton of errors  saying "run a dll as an app" has encountered a problemm and had to close.. so i hit don't send error report and i get a message that says "runtime error 216 at 7C9105F8" and then it pops up again.. i have resorted to dragging the window off the screen so i can see it but obviously this isn't the best method of fixing the problem

it's really annoying. please help.

If you have downloaded Combofix previously, delete it

Download this file - Combofix.exe and save it ONLY to your desktop

Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
It's default location is C:\Combofix.txt

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall

Post back the log from combofix
Also, can you download the latest version of Hijackthis from my signature below and post a fresh log from it too
