Computer randomly freezes and restarts

I have two separate problems that are probably created by one big problem. First, when using Firefox my computer will randomly freeze. This happens about two to three times a week on average.

Also, my computer will randomly restart for no reason. I did have it set to automatically restart on error until today, so I don't know what error message, if any, that I will get.

My computer is running Windows Vista, if that helps.

What version of Firefox are you using?
Next time it freezes on a web page, can you post the url, it may not be on your end

You might want to check the fans, see if there is anything blocking them, that was my problem when my computer used to do this.  Once it gets to a certian temperature it would just shut off
