guess thats what i get for trying to sell 45m :S

it was yded + an msn called id34gu or something

he was claiming his friend was buying mills paying via mail, been over 12 days now

That proves that yded had the cash and that the trade did happen, but how does that mean that yded scammed? You have no proof that you didn't receive money in the mail... Plus, if you really didn't receive any money in the mail, then it is the buyers fault, not yded...

yded still has the cash, and has been buying stuff with it and selling it off, isnt it a mm's job to not give the money to the other end until its been cleared with the seller? and where did he get like 40m from to be selling right now? he hasnt answered me on msn or answered back to my pm on ttg for now :S im not really hurt about it, just sad that an elite anti scammer would lose his rep like that

But yes JBLee , but if Rffh didn't recieve the money from that Buyer Yded should pay him till money get to rffh , and even though if trade was cancelled or something , then Yded should give back...

There is no proof that you didn't receive the money in the mail...for all we know, you are the one trying to scam...

I am sure yded is not selling this 45m...if anyone can come up with proof that he is selling this in particular 45m, then yes, he is a scammer...

Until then, he has done absolutely nothing wrong...

Let me put it this way:

What if I sold 50m to some guy using pureblood as an MM. I gave 50m to Pureblood, the guy mailed me $200. Lets look at this 2 different ways:

1) I receive the money and say I don't so that I can have the 50m back
2) The other guy never sent the $200 and he is trying to get a free 50m

Now both me and this other guy are upset, and one of us is obviously lying. What is Pureblood supposed to do? Now he has 50m and doesn't know who to give it to and who is lying. It is completely up to Pureblood at that point. It is customary to wait awhile to make sure the money isnt lost in the mail, but there is no set date.

Yded has to choose who to give the 45m to. If he uses it for himself, that is different and he will be banned. But no matter who he gives it to, it is not his fault that one of the people in the trade is a liar and he will not be punished...

Also, I am hearing 2 different stories. One of you is telling me that yded stole the money and is selling it, and one of you is telling me that yded gave the money to the buyer early...

There is no proof of either and no action will be taken until more evidence is gathered.

yeah i know there is no way to prove i did/didnt receive any money :S im just saying keep an eye on him

im not really pissed anyways not like 45m is hard to make, just kinda messed how jagex messed the game

dont know if any of that helps any on my case :S but jb im just telling you to watch out for you ttg/runecore members for the last few days so no one really loses money

i totally understand where your coming from jb, im just saying for the sake of other users, i could be in the wrong making an assumption of saying he is selling my rsgp for his own gain, my bad for accusing that, maybe the money is lost in the mail :S either way if i do get the money or dont its not really going to bother me, its just a game, and im not trying to trash peoples reps, but yded hasnt answered me at all on msn or ttg, so im just trying to help you watch out for honest ttg users

to answer all of your questions:
1. I scammed rstrader for 40m which I put into a scam fund for people who had been scammed. Because of the new update, I thought I would need to sell it and give out cash. I was wrong
2. Of close to 2000 msn contacts, I have been trying to delete as many as possible that I don't remember as well. You might've stuck in that group of 1500 other people
3. Find me conclusive proof that you did not recieve money... Id34gu has done many many many many trades with me, most of which have been flawless
4. Wtf is up with people saying I scam?

I might be overreacting, but I don't scam, except the one time I did it was to rstrader who scammed me for close to 100m.

I'm really sick of this.... Please post proof, as people were cocky enough to fake proof that made me lose money from a SCAM fund....
seriously, why would I scam then give it all away. Make sense with me here.
Get conclusive proof or I'm going to make the decision myself.

::edit:: oh yea, you tried to contact me? You sign on like every 5 days, and left me messages while I was AWAY. Gah just leave some contact info and I'll try and get back to you. And get some proof.

i am normally signed on every day on msn, except for when i dont feel like getting on the computer, or im on my laptop, or im at a friends house

idk as jb stated earlier, mail does get lost, maybes its just lost and i over reacted, msn also does have a feature where you can msg the person back and they will get it when they log on next time

idk :S

in a few more days though no one will have to worry about this stuff for a long... long time.. lol

and i will try to find a way to prove that i havent received money :S gonna be hard since its darn near impossible

maybe it was my fault for not asking for a pic of envelope with my name + money near it, all though that probably wouldnt help because it still wouldnt prove that i received it, like i said im not too bothered, we will just see what happens in the next few days, maybe it will show up in the mail maybe it wont

Those screenshots don't prove a damn thing, anyone cant edit an XML to show what they want, proof is an actual screenshot of the conversation in the MSN chat window, Not a screenshot of some editable markup
