AIM Malfunction

For some reason, my AIM has been malfunctioning (see attached picture for details).  Everything looks messed up for some reason.  So I reverted to using AIM 5.9 and it hasn't helped because for some reason, my windows aren't flashing.  I've double checked my AIM settings and they're supposed to flash - they just don't.  Any help would be great.  Thank you!

Sorry, I don't use AIM at all, only used it on my test box and still not accustomed to it
So the pic you posted is no help to me
What are your exact problems your having?
Anything malware related?

I don't exactly know.  Yesterday, I turned on my computer and opened up AIM and it looked like that.  So I'm just really confused.  I can't imagine what it would have to do with.  ]=  Are there any unnecessary items in my log?

Well, it may just ge a setting, can you return to a System Restore point before the change
Go to START>>All Programs>>Accessories>>System Tools
System Restore
Choose a restore point before you noticed the change with AIM

See if that helps

If they were important files, this is a good reason to backup externally
Umm, I didn't know you hadn't anything to backup
That is usually up to the user to perform these actions, however, you may be lucky

Go back to System Tools>>System Restore
Undo your last restore operation

Afterwards, BACKUP your important files to an external thumbdrive or CD
remove the flash drive afterwards
Then go back and try system restore again to this point
