I pretty much need a new account since my old one was hacked, and my second one got locked because of negative payment, which I have to pay $20 for, which my mom wont let me pay for. since these two things happened to me in the last 3 years, I havent played runescape for a while, so it would be great to rejoin the game, but with a new person where I can actually do something and help support the community.
