GPU problem T,...,T

I think i burne' my Gpu
i've an' geforcefx6600 256 mb Vram
one day iwas quietly play'n Wow the Pc got Frozen after rebootin' it several times the pc got froze'd after loadin' xp
i went to troubleshooting mode and finally i could enter to xp but look how the gpu was workin'
i've to change the graphical priority in the bios and set it to my onboard video card i've tried so many things but the geforce video card seem's to be dead plz Anyone can tell me if it's dead or if it has salvation T,...,T i already check the whole motherboard and the fans are there  so i don't know how could 've happened

Go to Nvidia's site and download latest graphics drivers and save to desktop
Uninstall old drivers from add/remove
REBOOT the computer

Cancel any installation prompts on startup and install downloaded drivers
Reboot again and set resolution

NOTE: If your unsure what drivers to download
Use option 2
