W2K startup programs

I need help.  I am trying to find out how to select what programs start in w2k during boot-up.  In win98 you could use msconfig, but that is not an option in 2k.  Is there a way to do this in w2k?

Unfortunately there\'s no msconfig in W2K Pro.
You\'ll have to copy it into it.

Please clarify your situation. Do you want to add programs to start at startup or stop some from startup?

Windows 2000 does not come with msconfig built into the OS, however you can use the msconfig file built into the Win XP OS.  The file is also available for download from this site in the downloads section.  Once you have the file you can either open the file and use msconfig or copy it into the WINNTsystem32 folder and use it like you normally would in Windows 98, in the command line.
