Sorry for kinda spamming but I really dont know what you mean by locked acount. Like it got banned in runescape or something else? Explanation would be helpful (dont think i could help you though)

lol. ur acc got locked cuz u scammed and recovered it back 2 many times. the ip changes were picked up by jagex. i remember u tried trading me for a lvl 116... lol messed.
