Buying Character with 99 range

Anyone have a character with 99 range they would be interested in selling for USD or other runescape characters? Preferably below 100 cb in f2p, but higher then that is okay. Doesnt need any other stats at all

please reply here if interested with price range aswell. I am looking for no more then $125 USD tops, but it is somewhat flexible.
