Do you know if you have an Intel based processor or non intel?

I've updated 4 Intel based computers with no problems
Only one With an AMD Athlon
Applied this patch first,
With all the endless reboot problems I'm hearing about, didn't want to take a chance
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953356/

Rebooted after applying the patch and SP3 installed without a hitch

Is it you don't like IE7?  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' />
Or is there really a problem?

BitDefender Total Security 2009

Spyware Doctor with Antivirus

You don't really run BitDefender AV + SpywareDoctor AV actively in the background do you?
This will cause conflicts and may slow the system considerably
Or do you use one as a background (On-demand) scanner?

1)  EI is ok, I'm not very fond of it since I have more options w/ Firefox.  Firefox can delete all your cookies, history once you close your browser plus the most important part is the multiple windows you can open in one window with the "TAB"

2) I've tried using both at the same time but I have notice a slow down on my puter, so I just use BitDefender by itself and turn on the Spyware Dr whenever I decided to scan my puter for spyware...

Yes, there was a problem with service packs for Windows XP, It was occuring bluescreens every few minutes, There is a fix, Install all of the required system updates, Do a virus scan, And use Anti-Spyware programs and ask someone to check your log (If its the bluescreen problem).
