I don't think you quite understand what an IP is. IP's change just about every other day. Any time your power goes out or any time you reset the router in any way. Anyone can just unplug and replug the router to get a new IP, so IP bans do absolutely nothing. On top of that, even if the person is an idiot and doesn't know this, they could easily use one of the thousands of proxy sites to instantly mask their IP.

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Literally every post I see by you makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Stop pretending to be an extraordinary "hacker", no one with half a mind believes you.

There is absolutely nothing, and I mean nothing, that can ban a single computer. IP addresses span across the entire household, and even then they are easily bypassed. Other methods of banning include adding a cookie to the user's browser, however that only works with the single browser and only lasts until cookies are deleted. "Proxy Checker" means absolutely nothing other than a method used to check to see whether or not an IP address is a proxy. What does that have to do with banning a single computer, or banning in general at all? Absolutely nothing.

On top of all that, I don't even have admin powers. The only person that does (aside from Josetann and Guestolo who wouldn't touch things like this) is Allanon. Allanon refuses to do anything important, so it's left to me and pureblood who don't have the powers to ban anyone. All we can do is permanently suspend. What that means is that they can't log in and use their account, they still look like regular members and they aren't IP banned.
