Well, I though I could trust him but i guess not. I wouldnt be mad honestly if he would of dropped my firecape, Torso, Rune Defender, and barrow glvoes along with my skills capes, and took / dropped around 1m, and stole $75 paypal.

I know it was him as he sent me 2 pms, and confirmed this on msn as showed in the pics. This is an outrage honestly, i guess you can't trust anyone. (PS - He was going to transfer the GP for me, so i let him in w/ pin)

Pics speek for themselfz, this is in outrage.

I don't understand how this is proof. All it is is 2 pictures of a conversation before you do a trade where he sends you 2 PM's, everyone is happy. Then a picture of a separate conversation in which he says he sent you another PM, everyone is still happy...

How does this prove anything?

Its proof that it was him on msn, I gave him account info, I sent money ($75 paypal) then he logged out.

You need pictures of the actual transaction occuring, not just before when you were both still happy. You need proof that you did indeed send him the money in PayPal and proof that it was in fact his PayPal. Just posting 3 pictures where everyone is happy during a time when no trade was taking place is no where near good enough evidence. Especially when you consider I myself have gone first in a 152m transaction with this guy.

This is crap. I xffered the stuff onto your account, i don't know what [censored] your trying to pull, but only until recently have been active on this site. I've done hell of alot more transactions then you, and i only sold 2 you cause you posted on my thread and were paying so much.

Do I need to post my logs R2pleasent? I have the confirmation pm you sent along with the msn convo with the timestamps and they date roughly 2-3 minutes from the time you confirmation pmed me to the time you messaged me on msn along with the msn log agreeing you got the account and the money then you just logged off. I mean I could care less about the 9 million you have stolen from me but seriously man just don't lie about it. I have plenty more where the 9 million came from but to call kirk a liar when you know you scammed him is just wrong. I also have in the convo the information about you being so close with jblee so it wouldn't surprise me if he is covering for you.

I will admit kirk's pictures aren't the best evidence but mine are. So either resolve this or I will post mine. And mine are like a perfect jigsaw puzzle they ALL fit together with the timestamps and all.

Proof of him saying he sent another PM (WHICH CONFIRMS IT WAS HIM!! NOT SOME IMPOSTER!!!!!!!!)
Proof of Paypal trade
Proof of no trade if you would get off your ass and log in
Proof that he scammed me

This whole forum is a joke, but he did scam real life money so I can contact paypal, etc.

It is nothing against Kirk he is a good kid but I am not getting into this I just wish all the drama could be left for the real world. I am here to just sell some gp and make a little bit of gas money. Not here to listen to the he said she said he scammed her this amount here is the proof bs. Even if he is found not guilty he still won't be getting my business. He scammed me I have proof and I don't need to get him banned by posting it. He is done with me forever. He got his 9 mill I hope he is happy. Easy come easy go for me. I have billions where that 9 million came from.

So I hope for the sake of the forums you all get this resolved because I want nothing more to do with this. I am going to go back to selling my own stuff and sticking to my own business. The only reason I got into this is because kirk asked me to make a post for him. So peace.

I've talked to him maybe three times...I haven't even been on MSN in months... We did one trade, a rather large one, but still only one trade. It was over 8 months ago and I haven't talked to him since.

Please do. Because all I am seeing is proof that they said the trade was going to happen, proof that r2pleasant sent a confirmation PM, and proof that Kirk sent $75 to a paypal address that may or may not be r2trader's.

If you have it, I would like to see, as I said in my last post, proof that r2pleasant said that that disco email is his.

What the hell are you talking about? How did I have anything, at all, whatsoever, to do with Allanon getting de-modded?

I think I've edited maybe 3 posts of yded's total. All of them were originally posts that said something along the lines of "jblee can go suckz0rz a dixx!!111one", and all of them were edited to exactly the same thing. Not a flame, all I made them say is "I am no longer an Elite", which is the truth. If he is going to openly flame me, then I see no reason to hide the fact that he is no longer an Elite due to his actions breaking the Elite rules.

Do I need to inform the community of the actions you have been accused of? Perhaps the fact that you yourself are still under investigation of being a scammer? Madhatter told me you scammed, he gave me half of the proof and then left ventrilo. A few days later he posts he is grounded from the computer and he hasn't been back on to prove you scammed him.

You need to read what I say more carefully, this is the third and last time I will say it:

Please post proof that the PayPal address you sent the money to is indeed r2pleasant's. All I see now is you and him agreeing to do the trade, and him sending you confirmation PM's. You have shown you sent the money to an Adam with an email of disco something, please post a screenshot of him saying that is his email.

I am not being unreasonable, This is the same proof required in all evidence topics, and I have requested it since my first post in this topic.

Finish posting your evidence and he will be banned.
