Or maybe because I haven't looked at any of the pictures I am pointing out how stupid Madhatter is being right now because rather than cutting his loses and getting what he paid back he is choosing to lose everything he put into the trade in order to make JB Lee and Allanon happy by getting Kirk Hammet suspended.

Plus from the responses I read (I'm not going to bother reading through screen shots for something that doesn't matter anymore) all there was proof of is that he lied, which the last I heard isn't exactly scamming.

But I was talking to Tyler on MSN after I posted here and it doesn't matter because since he got banned from posting on his Elite account he figures he might as well get his friend to recover the account, meaning he will be able to sell it at school.... all the while since JB Lee made Allanon out as the equivalent of a flacid dick for a porn star in his PMs with Guestolo there is no one in this section of the site with the ability to IP ban, meaning Kirk can come back on a new name and use the only section on this site worth using: the tech help forum.

Why would madhatter accept his stuff back and let kirk hammet get away with scamming? Kirk hammet scammed, just because he might have changed his mind and said "ok, you can have it back, I don't want to scam you anymore." doesn't mean he shouldn't get banned. A scam is a scam, he scammed, he gets banned, regardless of whether or not he wants to take it back and make things right.

You should read all of the screenshots before you make an idiot statement like that. It doesn't have to do with the fact that he lied, it has to do with what he lied ABOUT. Kirk hammet said he didn't know the recoveries and that he was the original owner. Then once he recovered it, he changed his story to say that a lot of people knew the recoveries, because they were easy to guess, and that he was not the original owner. Deny it any way you want to if it makes you sleep better, but that is enough proof.

So what he is really saying is: "Since I got caught, I'll just act all high and mighty by keeping up the act that I didn't recover it before, and blame JB Lee and Allanon for causing me to scam it now that I am banned so that I can get pity from the few people who might be stupid enough to believe me."

The conversations I have with the other staff members is none of your, or anyone else's, business. However, to set the record straight, as both you and Allanon already know, all I told guestolo was that Allanon doesn't really care anymore. Which is something that came out of Allanon's mouth, not mine.

If kirk hammet does come back, he will be re-banned. The fact that Allanon no longer has the ability to IP ban means nothing, he rarely used it anyway. It will be the same as it has always been. If people are discovered to have a previously banned account, they get banned. If anything, the fact that I am no longer mod will be what affects it, as I am the person who usually discovers someone has returned. So stop blaming me for doing something that I affected in no way, and start blaming yourself for having me demodded for absolutely no reason.
