Clean Up Help please

It seems that my computer has kinda gone down hill the last couple of weeks.  Ive tried scanned with spybot and ad-aware and cleaning temp files and such but it seems that its not helping.  Im no good with HJT logs so i was wondering if you can help me clean out my computer.

What do you mean by downhill?
When did you first notice the slowdown?
Can you give me some system specs please

couple weeks ago i noticed, it takes longer to boot up, like it will display the background wallpaper then about a minute or two the start menu and desktop icons will show up, and also longer to open windows and programs, ie Internet, Windows Media Player. Games etc etc...  I just want to get things cleaned up better.

I have 1gb of Ram, AMD Athlon 3800+ dual core cpu, 160gb HD with 100gb free space

Try the following
Access your add and remove programs and remove anything to do with
Viewpoint
Edit>>Don't reboot yet

Download [color=\"#FF0000\"]ATF-Cleaner[/color] by Atribune.
Save it to your desktop
      Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
      Under Main choose: Select All
      Click the Empty Selected button.
-------------
      Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
      Click the Empty Selected button.
      NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt
Exit ATF-Cleaner from the Main menu

Afterwards, reboot your computer

Bootup will be a bit slower as we have cleared your Prefetch folder
This will increase as this folder is repopulated

Download  Startuplite
Save to desktop to run

Reboot afterwards, as noted earlier, startup may be a bit slower at first
Reboot a few times, afterwards, come back here and post a fresh hijackthis log and let me know how things are running
When was the last time you defragged this harddrive?

Back, startuplight made it a teeny bit better.

I defragged a few weeks ago, i just analalyzed which took forever also....... which it never did, but it said i did not need to defragment my drive.

Defrag anyways and view the log afterwards
Post it back here if any files couldn't be defragmented
Reboot afterwards

Let me know how things are running afterwards,
Also/ Post a fresh hijackthis log when done

Sorry took me so long, fell asleep while defragging, took a while.  After i rebooted it started up a bit quicker, but still seemed like something was running in the background that was slowing it down,  but idk.

Sorry for the delay

Can you still do the following
Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank
O8 - Extra context menu item: &Search - ?p=ZKfox000(2)


After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here
Save the installer to desktop

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
       
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
       
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
        * When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
       
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediately.

Along with the log from Malwarebytes AntiMalware post a fresh hijackthis log please

i did remove the file, i just saved the txt file before i removed it.. sorry.

As for programs tat i installed, its only been PS3 Video 9, to convert my AVI videos to MPEG4 so i can watch them on my TV..

also im starting to think about doing a complete format of the drive...  I have everything backed up to 3 DVD Cd's and am ready i believe... I just wanted to save this for a last resort if i couldn't get this fixed like i wanted.

That is your option, I don't see anything wrong with your logs, so it could be hardware or software related, I'm unsure, but formatting is again your option

Restart your computer in safe mode, killing the  virus, and then clean up the registry file, you should be able to solve the  problem.
