look at ur keyboard look at backspace go right one key then up that key takes a screenshot
so now go to ur runescape thing login take pic
so i no theres no recovery questions then open paint control v that pastes it save then upload it

the button says prt sc
and under prt sc it should say sys rq

press that open paint and paste


then save and upload on photobucket or something then get the url for the forums or w/e and insert image
