cpu problems need help from the big guys

Hi
I have read the forums,didn't find an answer to my exact problem.If you can help it would be great.
on boot up avg scans and causes 100% cpu so I un-installed,didnt help.Sitting idel cpu is 0 when doing anything it maxes out. * like simply pressing the start button causes explorer.exe to max cpu to 100% scrolling down a web page causes firefox to max cpu. holding the task manager box and moving it from side to side causes cpu to max.here is a hijack this file.I have shut down I took everything off the start up *msconfig* start-up tab unchecked all. It seems that only the program *any program* I use causes max cpu. reading an email,when i scroll down cpu hits 100 %. did all the spybot checks and no viruses. here is my log.

Then do the following
why not post an uninstall list from Hijackthis
Download this file - Combofix.exe and save it ONLY to your desktop

Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you.

By default it will save a copy to C:\Combofix.txt
I'll need to see this log later
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Post back the log from Combofix and a fresh hijackthis log please

I did a restore back to last week.Then had to un-install ie7 and now everything is working.
