which Laptop to you have?
Exact model

What operating system are you running?
What security software do you have on this computer

Exact AntiVirus software and any spyware protection software

Can you access the internet if you boot to Safe mode with Networking?

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

Go to the following link
http://bt.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/bt.cfg/php/...etup/userguides

Download the appropriate pdf manual for the version you have
Scroll down the guide to the instructions to properly set up Wireless connection
About Page 19, somewhere around there

Take note of the recommendation to unplug the cabled connection

See if it's any help

I've seen others with BT find that letting Windows manage the wireless connections is better than using the BT software
It could mean uninstalling the BT software
Have you tried this route?
