boot beeping and keyboard problems

started having keyboard trouble< cap lock on but not on< cap lock to get small case< clk on ! item and many highlight inable to open keyboard settings in cp ??
also random beeping at boot and random times ??
heres the log< any help appreciated
UNABLE to copy and paste< or attach hjt log
will try moving the log file and pasting using my laptop

• Double click on RSIT.exe to launch program.
  
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  
• Your firewall may alert you that RSIT is requesting Internet access. Please allow it.
