Ok, I'm buying any good Acc over Lvl 80. I'm spending up to $15 or maybe $20 if the Acc has some cash on it.

well the rune pure with 4m on it has 75 range, 75 str 61 atk 40 def 72 hp 52 mage 44 prayer, also has 61 theiving, 56 mining and 53 agiity

other rune pure is much the same but not really as good, has 70 str 60 atk 45 def 70 range 70 mage cant remember hp i think its around 68-70
