« on: September 23, 2008, 09:58:55 AM »
my computer will freeze and lock up at the most random times. its really wierd because this computer is only a year old has 2 GB of ram and so on. (but i did buy this computer from dell outlet and its refurbished)  you may remember me from my laptop that was having problems that got all fixed i replaced the hard drive because it was bad and now is my ubuntu machine which is a fun little hobby to mess around with. i should've posted this problem along time ago but this starting happening about a month or so after i got the computer.

I'm not seeing no malware problems
Do you want to try some troubleshooting to ensure it's clean and/or startups are causing problems
Your option

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

What do the Blue Screens point to?

Do you have the exact error message which includes a long stringed line of numbers, letters
 and possibly related file?

What version of Firefox are you running?
It appears your having a big problem  with it, have you considered trying a clean install of Just Firefox?
