generally i go to the recover password section when people say theres no recoveries and he infact has recoveries on the account. also, he is a horrible scammer seeing as it's 133 and hes looking ONLYfor rs gold for it when he knows very well that he could make much more juste using the skills at hand on his own account. fail scam is fail to be honest.

Well obviously they can't, since you "Detect" this as a scam, if it's such a "scam" then don't bother, I don't mind if you think it is or not, I have the account to sell, if someone wants it yay, my friend can get his 99 herby etc as he wishes woop for him, if not then tough. He can't have those and the account just goes inactive again. No biggie.
