It's impossible, many noobs come and get the money, if anything i suggest doing it at night, or in the morning. I tried 150k once, We done in under 50k each time, Noobs came and steal, Your safer in BH..
Doing lots of 50k for 2m will take ages, You might aswell just trade 5k every 15 mins..

When I buy mills I buy off the people who Gold Farm it, It may take a few days, but theres always a Risk in BH, If you a low lvl in Med, You'l get jumped once you kill the person X-Fer'ing.

p room Xfer is really easy... You put in a only ONE rune leg/plate/chain/2h at a time. ONLY xfer 50k at a time. BUt since the PVP knocked out alot of worlds, the party rooms are more crowded. And another thing. ONLY do it at night, on low pop worlds where nobody is.

Blah, I dont like it when people complain when they are doing it all wrong :X
