First off, It's against rules to sell forum accounts. (ironically enough of this being a site to sell runescape accounts)
Second as he states that you could scam easily over $100, his intentions are to scam, so I'd take the assumption of him being a scammer and to not trust him.

EDIT] And I'm pretty sure I know what the Sythe account name is: It has 3,428 posts, and it joined March of '07.
