You can't delete the hard drive you're currently using... You also can't put a / in the file name.

If you really want to optimize your computer to go faster then I suggest you use Windows Optimizer 2009. Here's a link to the free/shareware version (Pro is $29.99 but I'm sure you can find a crack somewhere)
