Can you do 50-65 str on a f2p character?

Or

50-65 Str and 45-65 attack and Dragon Slayer on a diff account (0 QP) ill give u 1mil + Vouch.

Yea i think i have like 8-10QP actually on the account so u still needa do some quests to get up to 14.

Acc & Finisher shoudl stop posting on this thread, and BTW: TTG doesn't use Vouch's very much!
I have like 8-10 but no one looks at them for when we trade, they look at my transactions..
Vouch's isn't used much & we dont even need it..
